All about Me!

I consider myself an engineer as well as a business analyst and am currently learning and applying my skills at Dell EMC.

Owing to my analytical and technical experience along with my gradually gaining business education, I believe, my understanding of team dynamics and management makes me an apt professiondal for the IT world.

With a knack for travel and adventure, I ensure trying the cuisine and capturing the view of every place that I visit. Some might say networking is tough, but, I find my companions on the way and end up with them being the part of my professional life. My lame super power is that I do not feel cold, even though it’s -32 in Worcester or when I am atop the Brooklyn Bridge on a chilly New Year’s night.

I research, plan, and develope new data protection features for Dell's latest storage product 'Powerstore'. I'm also involved in creating org-level reports for status and time tracking. Prior, I helped migrate 2 project (~1000 users) to Jira and train them at different level from PDM, PM, SM and team members.

MS - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (MIS), WPI, USA

With some experience in IT, I wanted to learn more about management and business, which is exactly where my coursework was focused on at WPI.

Aug 2018 - Apr 2019
Software Engineer Co-op, Savant Systems, USA

Managed sprints and generated project level reports and assisted scrum master with analyzing new features. Worked cross-functionally to ensure efficient functioning of the teams while practicing the agile methodologies. Also created dashboards using Tableau.

Associate Software Engineer, Xoriant, India

Worked here as a server side Java developer learning how to apply the theory into practice and how is to work in a professional and agile environment. Also, picked up a keen interest in how poeple (and not just software) drive the business.
